Key responsibilities include building and configuring SDDC infrastructure, migrating virtual workloads, and establishing robust vROPS and LogInsight environments. You will also be responsible for building, maintaining, and troubleshooting HCI infrastructure, providing essential break-fix support, and driving optimization and performance of VMware environments.

Further duties involve performing root cause analysis for infrastructure issues, coordinating with vendors, and managing hardware refreshes and capacity planning. Expertise in using vROPS and LogInsight for monitoring and performance tuning is crucial, alongside coordinating with teams for outage RCA and maintaining Hyper-V and SCVMM infrastructure.

We are looking for a Systems Engineering Specialist Advisor with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in vSphere 6.5 and above, SDDC, and HCI (vSAN). Proven expertise in vSphere 6.7 and above, along with vSAN configuration and management, is essential.

Candidates should possess working knowledge of Software-Defined Networking, with strong skills in vROPS and LogInsight for monitoring and performance tuning. Experience with Hyper-V technology, including setting up and maintaining SCVMM infrastructure, is also required. The ability to conduct root cause analysis and collaborate effectively with multiple teams and vendors is vital for this role.
