NTT DATA is seeking a skilled Systems Engineering Specialist Advisor to join our team in Noida. This role focuses on managing and supporting our On-Premises Active Directory (AD), Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS), and Certificate Management infrastructure. You will be instrumental in ensuring the availability, security, and compliance of our identity and certificate services.

Key responsibilities include administering and maintaining Active Directory infrastructure, managing users, groups, and GPOs, and supporting Domain Controllers. You will also manage the enterprise Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), including Certificate Authorities and certificate lifecycle management (issuance, renewal, revocation).

Further duties involve remediating vulnerabilities on critical servers, performing security hardening, and supporting security audits. You will also manage incident, change, and problem management activities, monitor system health, and provide reporting and service improvement recommendations. Documentation and knowledge management are also essential components of this role.

A strong candidate will possess extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory (On-Premises), Domain Controllers, Group Policy, DNS, and authentication protocols like LDAP and Kerberos. Expertise in Microsoft Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS) and enterprise PKI administration, including certificate lifecycle management and template configuration, is crucial.

Experience with IT Service Management processes such as Incident, Change, and Problem Management is required. Familiarity with ITIL processes and service delivery frameworks is preferred. A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field is necessary. Microsoft certifications are a plus.
