As a Specialist Advisor, you will be instrumental in fortifying our systems against vulnerabilities and ensuring seamless patch deployment. Your expertise will directly impact our cyber hygiene and operational integrity.

This position involves executing patch deployments and addressing vulnerabilities within defined service level agreements (SLAs). You will investigate and resolve routine patching issues, actively monitoring remediation tickets and tracking overdue vulnerabilities.

Maintain accurate operational records, document outcomes, and provide progress updates to stakeholders. Contribute to process improvement by identifying recurring issues, working on automation, and updating documentation to enhance efficiency.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in systems engineering is required for this role. Key skills include Patch Management, Vulnerability Management, IT Operations, Incident Investigation, Troubleshooting, SLA Management, and Compliance Management.

Familiarity with Cyber Security Operations, Ticket Management, Governance & Controls, Operational Reporting, Technical Documentation, Process Improvement, Automation, and Stakeholder Management is essential. This role is ideal for an experienced professional looking to make a significant impact.
