We're seeking a Technology Services Advisory Consultant to specialize in Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365, and Modern Work technologies within our growing Microsoft Copilot Center of Excellence (CoE).

This role blends technology advisory, user adoption, change management, and governance to empower organizations to maximize the value of Microsoft Copilot and the broader Microsoft ecosystem. As a Microsoft Copilot Expert, you will serve as a subject matter expert, supporting the CoE in driving adoption, governance, and best practices. You will conduct discovery sessions and workshops to identify Copilot value realization opportunities, developing recommendations and roadmaps for its deployment and optimization.

In Change Management and User Adoption, you'll support initiatives by creating and delivering enablement materials, communication plans, and training content. Facilitate workshops and webinars to drive behavioral change and sustainable technology adoption.

For Microsoft 365 & Modern Work Consulting, provide advisory support on collaboration, productivity, and employee experience solutions. Engage with stakeholders from frontline employees to executive leadership, translating technical concepts into business value.

Basic administration and support for SharePoint Online sites, including site creation, configuration, and permissions management, will also be part of your role. You will assist with SharePoint governance and information architecture, alongside supporting basic Power Platform solutions.

In Business Development & Collaboration, partner with sales and delivery teams to support client engagements, contribute to solution positioning, and identify opportunities for service growth.

We are looking for candidates with consulting, advisory, customer success, or transformation experience focused on Microsoft technologies. A strong hands-on understanding of Microsoft 365 and familiarity with Microsoft Copilot capabilities are essential.

Your background should include knowledge of user adoption, change management principles, and organizational transformation. Basic experience with SharePoint Online site administration and governance is required, along with foundational knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills are vital. The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, will set you apart.
