NTT DATA is seeking a skilled Systems Engineering Specialist Advisor with expertise in SailPoint IdentityNow to join our dynamic team in Bangalore, India. This role focuses on leveraging SailPoint's capabilities to manage and govern identities within client organizations, ensuring robust security and compliance.

Key responsibilities include leading SailPoint Identity IQ/IDN project work and participating in planning meetings. You will also be responsible for hands-on development, enhancement, and troubleshooting of SailPoint components, including LCM, governance, and compliance. This involves supporting integrated applications, both on-premise and cloud-based, through out-of-the-box and custom connectors for account aggregation, correlation, and entitlement management. You'll also manage the access recertification and request processes, supporting LCM workflows and provisioning tracks.

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 8 years in IT services, including over 5 years specifically in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with extensive SailPoint implementation experience across at least three projects. Proficiency in the development phase for all SailPoint components (LCM, Governance, Compliance, Provisioning Platform) is essential. While a SailPoint Vendor Certification is preferred, strong practical experience is highly valued. Familiarity with Tomcat, MySQL, web servers, and directory services is also required. The ability to work rotational US shift times is necessary for this role.
