We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Intune Engineer (L2) to manage, support, and implement enterprise-level Microsoft Intune and Modern Endpoint Management solutions.

Key responsibilities include administering and supporting Microsoft Intune for enterprise Windows endpoints, managing device enrollment, and configuring policies. You will also be responsible for deploying and troubleshooting various applications through Intune, and managing Windows patching using Windows Update for Business.

This role involves supporting Windows 10/11 provisioning, upgrades, and configuration. You will manage endpoint security settings, including BitLocker and Defender policies. Furthermore, you will support Entra ID device management and troubleshooting Intune-related issues using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.

Responsibilities also extend to supporting SCCM/ConfigMgr and Intune co-management environments, handling incidents, service requests, and driving continuous service improvements. Effective documentation and communication are crucial for success in this position.

This role requires strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (MDM) and Windows Autopilot configuration and troubleshooting. Proficiency in Intune application deployment, especially Win32 applications, is essential.

You should have a solid understanding of Windows Update for Business, Windows 10/11 administration, and device compliance policies. Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access integration, and PowerShell for endpoint administration is necessary.

Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API and Intune reporting is advantageous. Working knowledge of SCCM/ConfigMgr and co-management is preferred. Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills are required for this position.
