Join NTT DATA, a global leader in business and technology services, as a Systems Engineering Specialist. We are seeking innovative and passionate individuals to contribute to our forward-thinking organization. This role is integral to our India EPM Delivery Centre, focusing on end-to-end endpoint lifecycle management for major global enterprise clients.

As a mid-level SCCM/Intune Engineer, you will independently manage OS deployment, patch management, application delivery, and device compliance. You will also address complex L2/L3 incidents, drive platform enhancements, and provide expert technical support within our EPM managed services practice. Support will extend to clients across US, APAC, and EMEA regions.

Key responsibilities include designing and maintaining Windows 10/11 OSD task sequences with SCCM/MDT integration, managing deployment images, and troubleshooting OSD issues. You will also own end-to-end patch management operations, configure Automatic Deployment Rules, and manage Windows Update for Business policies.

Further duties involve packaging and deploying enterprise applications via SCCM and Intune, managing infrastructure health for SCCM and Intune, and developing PowerShell scripts for automation. Handling L2/L3 escalations with thorough root cause analysis and participating in change management processes are also crucial aspects of this role.

We require proficiency in Microsoft SCCM/ConfigMgr (OSD, applications, patch management) and Microsoft Intune (device management, compliance, app deployment, Autopilot). A strong understanding of Windows 10/11 image management, Azure AD configurations, and PowerShell scripting for automation is essential.

Experience with SQL/WQL queries for reporting and ITSM operations (e.g., ServiceNow) is necessary. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills are vital for client-facing interactions and documentation. While this is a hybrid role, in-office attendance may be required based on business and client needs.
