NTT DATA is seeking a skilled Systems Engineering Senior Specialist to focus on SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune. This role is pivotal in designing, implementing, and managing robust endpoint environments. You will be instrumental in ensuring devices are secure, compliant, and efficiently managed throughout their lifecycle.

As a subject matter expert, you'll collaborate closely with various internal teams. Key responsibilities include architecting and maintaining SCCM/MECM and Intune ecosystems, managing the full device lifecycle from deployment to retirement, and administering Windows 10/11 configurations. You will also be responsible for packaging, deploying applications, and managing critical security patches.

Furthermore, you'll develop and refine Intune policies, explore cloud migration strategies, and create PowerShell scripts to automate and optimize operational tasks. Monitoring system performance and providing Tier-3 support for complex endpoint issues are also essential functions of this role. Mentoring junior staff and documenting processes are part of the collaborative aspect of this position.

A strong foundation in SCCM/MECM administration and architecture, coupled with significant experience in Microsoft Intune, is essential. Proficiency in Windows 10/11 device management and troubleshooting, along with robust PowerShell scripting capabilities for automation and reporting, is required.

Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, Entra ID (Azure AD), and hybrid identity concepts is crucial. You should also possess expertise in endpoint security, patch management, and compliance frameworks. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience is expected. We prefer candidates with 5–8+ years of experience in endpoint or systems management, demonstrating proven success in large-scale enterprise environments.
