Join NTT DATA as a Senior Specialist in Systems Engineering, focusing on Identity and Access Management (IAM) with expertise in Microsoft Entra ID. This role is pivotal in designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-wide secure authentication and authorization solutions. You will play a key role in enhancing secure access to applications and strengthening our Zero Trust security posture through the strategic use of Microsoft Entra ID, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations, and API-driven identity automation.

Key responsibilities include: - Administering and optimizing Microsoft Entra ID tenants, identity governance, and lifecycle workflows. - Configuring advanced security policies such as Conditional Access, Identity Protection, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM). - Implementing and maintaining Entra ID Connect, cloud sync, and federation configurations. - Deploying and managing various MFA solutions and enforcing adaptive policies. - Integrating enterprise and SaaS applications using SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, and WS-Fed protocols. - Developing automation scripts and workflows using Microsoft Graph API and PowerShell for identity management tasks. - Ensuring compliance with security standards and regulations through identity governance controls. - Providing L3 support for identity-related incidents and analyzing logs for issue resolution.

We are seeking candidates with: - Strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD). - Deep understanding of MFA, SSO, Conditional Access, and Identity Protection. - Experience with SAML 2.0, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and WS-Federation. - Proficiency in PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and REST APIs. - Knowledge of Zero Trust principles, identity governance, and privileged access management. - Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, certificates, and ADFS. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and an ownership mindset.
