Join NTT DATA as a Senior Systems Engineering Specialist focusing on Endpoint Management, Image Management, Autopilot, and MS Intune L2. This role is crucial for designing and operating enterprise endpoint management platforms for global clients, supporting accounts across the US, UK, Australia, and APAC.

As a key technical anchor for the India EPM Delivery Centre, you will drive complex migrations, lead technical workstreams, and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across SCCM, Intune, and co-management scenarios. Key responsibilities include architecting and implementing SCCM/ConfigMgr hierarchies, designing Microsoft Intune tenant configurations, and leading SCCM-to-Intune co-management transitions. You will also design Windows Autopilot deployment profiles for Zero Touch Provisioning (ZTP) at scale and define EPM platform standards and governance frameworks.

Further duties involve architecting and managing enterprise patch management programs, leading vulnerability remediation integration, and managing third-party patch management. You will also lead enterprise Windows 10/11 migration and upgrade projects, design and manage complex OS deployment task sequences, and architect Windows Autopilot + Intune provisioning workflows.

Develop advanced PowerShell automation for SCCM operations and Intune Graph API integrations for bulk device operations. Author and maintain WQL/SQL queries for SCCM analysis and reporting. Additionally, serve as a technical lead and L3 escalation point for complex endpoint incidents, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to technical proposal development.

We are seeking candidates with 6-8 years of total experience, including over 5 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. A strong understanding of current scripting technologies and the Mac environment is essential.

Demonstrated advanced knowledge of managing the JAMF Suite of applications is required. Knowledge of managing Macs using Intune/WS One will be a significant advantage. In-depth knowledge of configuration management principles and best practices, along with the ability to identify, define, manage, and control configuration, is crucial.

Essential technical skills include expertise in Microsoft SCCM/ConfigMgr (site hierarchy, OSD, patch management, applications, reporting), Microsoft Intune (full MDM/MAM lifecycle, compliance, Autopilot, WUfB, co-management), Windows 10/11 image management (task sequences, WinPE, MDT, driver management, Autopilot ZTP), Azure AD/Entra ID (conditional access, device trust, MFA), advanced PowerShell scripting, and SQL Server/WQL for reporting. Experience with vulnerability management integration and strong English communication skills for client-facing roles are also necessary.
