This role is pivotal in managing enterprise Windows environments through advanced endpoint operations. Key duties include: - Overseeing Windows patching via Windows Update for Business (WUfB) deployment rings and Intune. - Deploying and managing various application types (Win32, MSI, LOB) through Intune. - Configuring and supporting Windows Autopilot for seamless device provisioning. - Addressing vulnerabilities and enhancing endpoint security measures.

We are looking for an experienced L2 Endpoint Management Engineer with demonstrable expertise in: - Microsoft Intune and its associated features like Autopatch and Application Deployment. - Windows Update for Business (WUfB) and modern update strategies. - Windows Autopilot for device enrollment and configuration. - Troubleshooting patching, software deployment, and provisioning issues. A strong understanding of vulnerability remediation is also essential.
