We are seeking a dynamic Systems Engineering Senior Specialist with expertise in SCCM and Intune to join our India EPM Delivery Centre. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to manage the complete endpoint lifecycle for major enterprise clients, driving innovation and ensuring seamless operations.

As a key member of our managed services practice, you will support a diverse global client base across US, APAC, and EMEA. You'll tackle complex technical challenges, contribute to platform enhancements, and play a vital role in delivering exceptional endpoint management solutions.

Oversee end-to-end OS deployment and image management, including designing, building, and maintaining Windows 10/11 OSD task sequences with SCCM/MDT integration. Manage WinPE boot images, driver packages, and deployment boundaries. Troubleshoot OS deployment failures and support Windows Autopilot configurations for Intune-managed devices.

Take ownership of patch management operations for both SCCM and Intune endpoints. Configure Automatic Deployment Rules (ADRs) and manage Windows Update for Business (WUfB) policies. Conduct patch impact analysis, plan rollbacks, and coordinate emergency patching. Present patch compliance reports to stakeholders.

Manage complex application deployments through SCCM and Intune, including packaging applications in .intunewin format. Support software metering, asset intelligence, and license management. Design and implement application supersedence and uninstall workflows. Collaborate with application packaging teams for validation.

Monitor and maintain SCCM site server health and Intune service health. Develop PowerShell scripts for automation and reporting. Handle L2/L3 escalations with thorough root cause analysis and participate in change management processes and client governance calls.

Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft SCCM/ConfigMgr, covering OSD, application deployment, patch management, collections, and reporting. Possess strong skills in Microsoft Intune for device management, compliance, WUfB, Win32 app deployment, and Autopilot.

Experience with Windows 10/11 image management, including task sequences, WinPE, driver management, and MDT integration. Familiarity with Azure AD and Hybrid Azure AD join configurations, conditional access, and co-management is essential.

Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation, reporting, and endpoint remediation is required. Experience with SQL/WQL queries for SCCM inventory and compliance reporting is necessary. Knowledge of ITSM operations (incident, problem, change management using ServiceNow or equivalent) is expected.

Excellent written and spoken English communication skills are vital for client-facing interactions and documentation. While this is a hybrid role, specific attendance requirements may vary based on business needs and client engagements.
