Join NTT DATA as a Systems Engineering Senior Specialist focused on Active Directory and Azure AD in Noida, India. This role is integral to our Security organization, supporting and enhancing critical identity management technologies.

We are seeking proactive security-oriented Systems Administrators with robust Active Directory and identity skills to contribute to a dedicated security team. You will be instrumental in the support, troubleshooting, and upgrading of Active Directory, Azure AD, and related identity solutions.

Respond to incidents related to Active Directory, Azure AD, and OS/server tickets. Manage and implement group policies, while also reporting and reviewing connectivity, synchronization, and replication within Active Directory.

Ensure DNS health and performance, analyze site and services for subnet issues, and maintain NTP accuracy. Monitor and review metrics around netlogon, NTDS database partitions, DNS settings, SRV records, and trust relationships.

Conduct reviews of domain controller, application, and security events. Collaborate with security teams on critical vulnerabilities and patching. Troubleshoot and resolve non-AD related issues impacting authentication and login processes. Perform Windows Server OS maintenance, patching, upgrades, and hardware troubleshooting. Participate in an on-call rotation with flexible shift options.

Requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.

Essential expertise includes strong knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server OS, Network infrastructure, and Firewall configurations. A basic understanding of Azure AD, Azure SSO, and Azure MFA is also necessary, alongside proficiency in Group Policy and a foundational grasp of VMware.

Demonstrated strong troubleshooting abilities and basic PowerShell command and scripting skills are critical for this role. Candidates with undergraduate degrees are encouraged to apply. Preferences include certifications from Security+, Microsoft, or AWS, advanced PowerShell scripting, a strong understanding of networking technologies, and in-depth knowledge of network security pertaining to systems and infrastructure.
