Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of CT Systems Engineers, guiding them in the development of systems that excel in product quality, performance, cost, and speed to market. Collaborate closely with product management, software, hardware, and other global cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Drive strategic initiatives related to CT systems engineering and technology roadmaps. Foster a high-performance work culture through effective recruitment, technical career development, coaching, and training. Integrate Quality Management System processes and engineering best practices like Six Sigma and Lean to enhance product quality and reliability. Optimize systems, products, and processes for continuous improvement and execute technology strategies effectively.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical Engineering, or Physics is required. Candidates should possess 15+ years of engineering experience with a strong emphasis on new product development, including over 3 years in project management and direct people leadership.

Prior experience managing Systems Engineering or leading systems engineering projects is essential. Proven ability to work cross-functionally, demonstrated supplier and manufacturing interface skills, and excellent communication and influencing abilities are critical. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary to navigate complex challenges and drive creative solutions.
