This role focuses on ensuring the security and operational integrity of our M365 environment through robust patching and vulnerability management strategies. You will be instrumental in maintaining high standards of cyber hygiene and supporting critical infrastructure operations.

Execute timely patch deployments and address vulnerabilities across M365 infrastructure and applications, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Investigate and resolve routine patching-related issues, minimizing disruption to services. Monitor remediation tickets, track overdue vulnerabilities, and uphold cyber hygiene objectives through established governance processes. Maintain accurate operational records, document outcomes, and provide stakeholders with clear progress updates. Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues, developing automation solutions, and updating essential patching procedures and knowledge bases.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in systems engineering, with a strong focus on M365 and patch management. Proficiency in vulnerability management, IT operations, incident investigation, and troubleshooting. Solid understanding of SLA management, compliance management, and cyber security operations. Experience with ticket management, governance, operational reporting, and technical documentation. Demonstrated ability in process improvement, automation, and stakeholder management.
