NTT DATA is seeking an experienced Systems Engineering Advisor specializing in Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Endpoint Management. The primary focus is on hands-on delivery and expert operational support for MDM and Endpoint Management services. Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and managing enterprise MDM/UEM platforms like Microsoft Intune and VMware Workspace ONE across various operating systems. You will handle large-scale device estates, provide L3 escalation for complex issues, support MDM migrations, and ensure security baselines are met. Additionally, you will contribute to service transitions, customer onboarding, and provide technical input for proposals and assessments.

A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in Endpoint Management and MDM services is required. Deep technical expertise in MDM/UEM engineering, including Microsoft Intune and VMware Workspace ONE, is essential. Proficiency in managing diverse device platforms (iOS, Android, Windows, macOS) and supporting core services like MEM, MAM, MCM, compliance policies, and conditional access is also necessary. The ability to mentor junior engineers, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and vendors, and maintain high standards of documentation and communication is key to this role.
