You will be instrumental in the design, implementation, and support of enterprise MDM/UEM platforms, including Microsoft Intune and VMware Workspace ONE. This involves managing large-scale device estates across various operating systems and providing expert-level support for critical security and compliance policies.

Key duties include supporting MDM migrations, acting as an L3 escalation point for complex issues, and ensuring security baselines are meticulously implemented. You will also play a crucial role in service transitions, customer onboarding, and contributing technical insights to proposals and solution documentation.

A minimum of 10-15 years of dedicated experience in Endpoint Management and Mobile Device Management services is essential for this role. A strong understanding of MDM/UEM engineering, operations, and various mobile and desktop platforms is required.

Candidates should possess proven expertise in managing device estates, implementing compliance policies, and handling incident management.
