Join NTT DATA as a Systems Engineering Advisor specializing in Mac environments. This role involves maintaining enterprise Mac fleets, ensuring compliance with security standards (STIGs), and managing patching and health checks. You will collaborate with senior engineers on enhancements and provide support for escalated issues, contributing to various departmental engineering tasks.

Key responsibilities include updating and testing Mac STIGs, managing scripts and application packages, and overseeing the patching process. You will also handle Active Directory management, virtual desktop administration, and extensive use of enterprise Mac management systems like Jamf, Intune, and Workspace One.

Further duties involve leading MaaS delivery, creating and supporting Mac OSX "Thin Images," and managing distribution points. You will also be responsible for end-to-end Mac project management, generating custom reports, and developing advanced policy management strategies.

A minimum of 10-12 years of overall experience is required, with at least 7 years in a relevant systems engineering role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrable expertise in current scripting technologies and Mac environments is essential.

Advanced knowledge of the Jamf Suite of applications is mandatory. Experience managing Macs with Intune/Workspace One is a significant advantage. You should possess in-depth understanding of configuration management principles, the ability to control configurations, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
