We are seeking a seasoned SCCM/Intune Lead Engineer for our India EPM Delivery Centre. You will spearhead complex engagements, lead technical teams, and act as a key client-facing authority for Endpoint Management (EPM) workstreams originating from India. Your contributions will be vital to our EPM service quality, client satisfaction, and practice growth across the US, Europe, and APAC regions.

Lead the design and implementation of Windows Autopilot + Intune Zero Touch Provisioning for large-scale device refreshes. Own OSD platform operations, including WinPE environments, MDT integration, and image management. Architect golden image build pipelines, compliance validation, and automated post-deployment configurations.

Drive enterprise patch management programs, governing policies, SLAs, and compliance reporting for extensive endpoint fleets. Design and manage Intune and SCCM patching strategies for complex global environments. Lead vulnerability remediation efforts, integrating security findings with patch deployment cycles. Develop comprehensive patching governance documentation and escalation playbooks.

Possess expert-level proficiency in Microsoft SCCM/ConfigMgr and Microsoft Intune, covering their full lifecycles, co-management, and Autopilot. Demonstrate extensive experience with Windows 10/11 enterprise deployment, including MDT, WinPE, and Zero Touch Provisioning.

Solid understanding of Azure AD/Entra ID for identity-driven EPM, Conditional Access, and device trust. Advanced skills in PowerShell automation, including SCCM SDK and Graph API. Experience with SQL Server and Power BI for reporting and dashboard creation is essential. Familiarity with vulnerability management tools like Qualys/Tenable and their integration with patch management is required.

Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech/MCA/B.Sc. CS or IT) or equivalent enterprise experience with advanced Microsoft certifications. Prior experience in client-facing delivery governance from India, managing SLAs and escalations, is crucial. India-based delivery leadership for Fortune 500 global accounts is a significant advantage.
