Lead the design and implementation of SCCM/ConfigMgr and Microsoft Intune environments. Architect co-management, Autopilot, and Modern Management strategies. Own SCCM-to-Intune migration technical direction, including planning and risk mitigation. Define EPM platform standards and governance frameworks.

Manage enterprise patch management programs, ensuring policy adherence and compliance for large endpoint fleets. Design and manage Intune Expedite policies, WUfB rings, and SCCM ADR patching. Lead vulnerability remediation integrating Qualys/Tenable findings. Develop patching governance documentation and lead emergency patching responses.

Lead enterprise Windows 11 migration programs and design Windows Autopilot + Intune Zero Touch Provisioning frameworks. Own OSD platform operations and architect golden image build pipelines. Define device lifecycle management policies from procurement to decommission.

Architect PowerShell automation frameworks for SCCM and Intune. Lead development of Microsoft Graph API integrations for Intune operations. Design SCCM SQL/Power BI reporting solutions. Oversee integration between EPM platforms and security tooling.

Serve as the primary technical contact for EPM accounts, leading governance calls and resolving escalations. Drive SLA attainment and continuous improvement. Contribute to SOW development and technical proposals. Mentor engineers through technical coaching and design reviews.

Expertise in Microsoft SCCM/ConfigMgr, including site architecture, OSD, patch management, and reporting. Deep understanding of Microsoft Intune, covering the full MDM/MAM lifecycle, co-management, Autopilot, WUfB, and Conditional Access. Experience with Windows 10/11 enterprise deployment, task sequences, MDT, WinPE, driver management, and ZTP Autopilot.

Proficiency in Azure AD / Entra ID for identity-driven EPM, Conditional Access, MFA, device trust, and RBAC. Advanced PowerShell automation skills, including SCCM SDK, Graph API, reporting pipelines, and operational tooling. Experience with SQL Server and Power BI for SCCM database reporting and compliance dashboards.

Familiarity with vulnerability management and its integration with patch management, such as Qualys/Tenable. Proven ability in client-facing delivery governance from India, including SLA management and escalation ownership. A Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech/MCA/B.Sc. CS or IT) from a recognized Indian university is required, though equivalent experience and advanced certifications may be considered.
