Join NTT DATA as a Systems Engineering Advisor specializing in EUC Applications and Infrastructure Engineering. This role focuses on ensuring the robust security and operational integrity of our supported infrastructure and applications.

As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in executing critical patch deployments and vulnerability remediation activities, consistently meeting defined service level agreements (SLAs). Your expertise will help maintain high standards of cyber hygiene and operational compliance.

Proactively execute patch deployment and vulnerability remediation to meet SLA timelines.

Investigate and resolve routine patching issues, ensuring minimal disruption to services.

Monitor remediation tickets and track overdue vulnerabilities to support cyber hygiene objectives.

Maintain accurate operational records, documenting remediation status and providing stakeholder updates.

Contribute to process improvements through automation, enhancements, and updating knowledge documentation.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in systems engineering or a related infrastructure role.

Proficiency in patch and vulnerability management, IT operations, and incident investigation.

Strong understanding of SLA management, compliance, and cyber security operations.

Experience with ticket management, operational reporting, and technical documentation.

Proven ability in process improvement, automation, and stakeholder management.
