Join NTT DATA as a Systems Engineering Advisor specializing in Endpoint Management with a focus on ZENworks. This senior individual contributor role offers leadership in designing and engineering the ZENworks platform, ensuring robust configurations, complex problem resolution, and technical execution of upgrades and migrations. You will translate operational needs into scalable ZENworks solutions, acting as a high-level escalation point and driving automation and governance.

Lead ZENworks service design and establish configuration standards across the estate. Act as a primary technical resolver (L3/L4) for major incidents and complex problem management. Plan and execute enterprise-scale zone upgrades, migrations, and consolidations. Define and implement security baselines, hardening, and operational governance for the platform. Champion automation strategies using zman, ZENworks APIs, and scripting, while developing reporting frameworks. Contribute to architecture, including topology, capacity planning, and performance tuning. Support solutioning efforts and provide technical guidance to engineering teams and client stakeholders.

Expertise in ZENworks Configuration Management across all modules, with deep zone architecture knowledge is essential. Proven experience in planning and executing enterprise-scale upgrades and migrations. Proficiency with database backends (MS SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL) and primary server administration (Linux/Windows). Advanced skills in automation (zman, APIs, scripting) and reporting are required. Familiarity with PKI, user-source integration, and content distribution design is necessary. Strong understanding of ITSM governance at an architecture level, covering problem and change management, is expected. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is required.
