We are looking for a seasoned SCCM/Intune Lead Engineer to enhance NTT DATA's India Endpoint Management Delivery Centre. This senior position requires profound technical acumen and delivery accountability. You will spearhead complex SCCM/Intune projects, guide technical teams, design enterprise endpoint solutions, and act as a crucial client-facing technical authority for Endpoint Management workstreams originating from India. Your contributions will significantly impact NTT DATA's Endpoint Management service quality, client satisfaction, and practice development, supporting global accounts across the US, Europe, and APAC.

As a Technical Leader and Architect, you will oversee the end-to-end design and implementation of enterprise SCCM/ConfigMgr and Microsoft Intune environments for global clients. You'll architect co-management strategies, Autopilot provisioning, and Modern Management roadmaps, owning the technical direction for SCCM-to-Intune migrations, including workload transition planning and risk mitigation.

You will govern enterprise-level patch management programs, ensuring policy adherence, SLA compliance, and exception management for extensive endpoint fleets. This includes designing and managing Intune Expedite policies and SCCM ADR-based patching for complex, multi-site global environments, and leading vulnerability remediation programs by integrating findings from tools like Qualys/Tenable.

Responsibilities also extend to leading advanced OS deployment and provisioning initiatives, including enterprise Windows 11 migration programs and designing Windows Autopilot + Intune Zero Touch Provisioning frameworks. You'll own OSD platform operations, architect golden image build pipelines, and define device lifecycle management policies.

Furthermore, you will architect PowerShell-based automation frameworks for SCCM and Intune, lead the development of Microsoft Graph API integrations, and design SCCM SQL/Power BI reporting solutions. You'll oversee integrations between Endpoint Management platforms and security tooling for comprehensive endpoint health management.

In Client Engagement and Delivery Governance, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned accounts, leading governance calls and delivery reviews. You will drive SLA attainment, delivery quality, and continuous improvement, contributing to SOW development and technical proposal documentation. You will also mentor junior engineers and collaborate with NTT DATA India leadership and onshore counterparts on practice development and client strategies.

Essential skills for this role include expert-level proficiency in Microsoft SCCM/ConfigMgr (site architecture, OSD, patch management, reporting) and Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM lifecycle, co-management, Autopilot, WUfB, Conditional Access).

Candidates must possess expertise in Windows 10/11 enterprise deployment, including task sequences, MDT, WinPE, driver management, and ZTP Autopilot. Strong knowledge of Azure AD/Entra ID for identity-driven EPM, Conditional Access, MFA, device trust, and RBAC is required.

Advanced PowerShell automation skills, including SCCM SDK, Graph API, reporting pipelines, and operational tooling, are critical. Experience with SQL Server and Power BI for SCCM database reporting, compliance dashboards, and management-level visualizations is also necessary.

Familiarity with vulnerability management tools like Qualys/Tenable and their integration with the patch management lifecycle is expected. Proven experience in client-facing delivery governance from India, encompassing SLA management, delivery reviews, and escalation ownership, is a key requirement.
