We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineering Advisor specializing in Endpoint Management, specifically focusing on Patching, Deployment, and SCCM. This role is crucial for driving enterprise endpoint solutions and ensuring service delivery quality for our international clientele.

As part of our India Endpoint Management Delivery Centre, you will leverage your expertise to architect and implement advanced endpoint management strategies, contributing to the success of global accounts across the US, Europe, and APAC.

Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level SCCM/ConfigMgr and Microsoft Intune environments, including co-management strategies and Autopilot frameworks. Own the technical direction for SCCM-to-Intune migrations and define platform standards. Manage enterprise patch management programs, governing policies, SLAs, and compliance reporting for large fleets.

Drive advanced OS deployment initiatives, including Windows 11 migrations and Windows Autopilot Zero Touch Provisioning. Architect PowerShell automation frameworks and develop Microsoft Graph API integrations for Intune operations. Serve as the primary technical contact for EPM accounts, leading governance calls and ensuring SLA attainment. Mentor and develop engineering teams.

Expertise in Microsoft SCCM/ConfigMgr (site architecture, OSD, patch management, reporting) and Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM, co-management, Autopilot, WUfB). Proficient in Windows 10/11 enterprise deployment, Azure AD/Entra ID, advanced PowerShell automation, and SQL Server/Power BI reporting.

Experience with vulnerability management tools like Qualys/Tenable integration is essential. Candidates must demonstrate strong client-facing delivery governance skills, including SLA management and escalation ownership, from an India delivery perspective. This role requires a deep understanding of endpoint management lifecycle and a proactive approach to technical problem-solving.
