NTT DATA is seeking a highly experienced Systems Engineering Advisor specializing in Application Packaging to join our team in Noida, India. This lead role is crucial for driving enterprise-level packaging strategies, managing delivery, and architecting advanced packaging platforms. Lead comprehensive application packaging programs for global enterprise clients, overseeing all phases from scoping and planning to quality assurance. You will own the performance, quality metrics, and client satisfaction for the India packaging team. Key duties include defining and governing the packaging factory operating model, conducting governance reviews, and managing engagement expansions.

Architect the enterprise packaging platform, selecting appropriate toolchains and designing the deployment pipeline. Establish packaging standards and lead large-scale application portfolio migrations, including MSIX conversions. You will also design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for automated packaging workflows and stay abreast of new packaging tools and technologies.

Serve as the highest technical escalation point for complex packaging scenarios, reviewing and approving designs for high-complexity applications. Define application compatibility assessment frameworks and contribute to NTT DATA's practice intellectual property by developing reusable frameworks and tools.

Lead, mentor, and develop the India application packaging team, defining competency frameworks and career progression pathways. Drive certification and upskilling programs and conduct performance reviews to foster talent development. Design onboarding and training curricula for new team members.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients on packaging strategies and MSIX adoption roadmaps. Contribute to NTT DATA's EPM packaging service offerings and support pre-sales activities, including effort estimation and solution design.

Candidates must possess expert-level, lead-level expertise in enterprise application packaging across MSI, MSIX, App-V, and .intunewin formats. Proficiency in packaging platform architecture, including toolchain design, CI/CD integration, repository management, and quality gate governance is essential.

Strong experience with AdminStudio/Flexera, including AAC, repackager, editor, tuner, and database modules, is required. Advanced authoring skills with WiX Toolset and MSIX/PSF, including PSF fixup framework design and large-scale migration leadership, are also necessary.

Demonstrated ability in Intune + SCCM deployment engineering, including advanced application models, Graph API automation, and bulk deployment management, is critical. Expertise in PowerShell + Azure DevOps for packaging pipeline automation, CI/CD design, and SCCM SDK is required.

Application compatibility expertise, including portfolio-level assessment, ACT, PSF, and shim management, is essential. A solid understanding of delivery governance, including SLA management, packaging factory operations, client reporting, and team performance management, is also mandatory.

Preferred qualifications include Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator (MD-102) certification, AdminStudio or Flexera certification, and experience with UEM platforms like Liquidware ProfileUnity or FSLogix. Prior experience managing a team of 5+ packaging engineers for global enterprise accounts and exposure to software asset management are highly valued.
