Join NTT DATA's India EPM delivery team as a Systems Engineering Advisor specializing in advanced application packaging. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to independently lead complex packaging projects, addressing intricate repackaging challenges, compatibility issues, and sophisticated Intune/SCCM integrations for prominent global enterprises. You will be a key technical contributor, managing L2/L3 packaging requests, upholding stringent quality benchmarks, and actively participating in the enhancement of our platform and tooling.

This position is ideal for a seasoned professional eager to drive technical excellence and innovation within a dynamic team environment, contributing significantly to client success and internal process improvements.

Handle advanced application repackaging, including multi-component installers and dual-architecture packages. Develop and maintain MSI packages using WiX Toolset or InstallShield, and apply Package Support Framework (PSF) fixups for MSIX compatibility. Sequence App-V virtual applications and design robust Intune Win32 deployment strategies. Create custom PowerShell scripts for intricate packaging needs and resolve application compatibility issues using tools like ACT and PSF. Build comprehensive SCCM application models and develop PowerShell automation for batch operations. Integrate packaging workflows with CI/CD pipelines and maintain packaging test scripts for regression automation.

Define and enforce packaging standards, conduct peer reviews, and maintain the packaging knowledge base. Contribute to SLA governance by tracking key metrics and participate in client delivery reviews, providing status updates and quality insights.

Expertise in advanced MSI packaging with WiX Toolset, InstallShield, and AdminStudio. Proficiency in MSIX packaging, including Package Support Framework and advanced compatibility fix development. Experience with App-V sequencing and Intune Win32/SCCM deployment, including Graph API integration. Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and advanced application compatibility analysis. A deep understanding of Windows internals (registry, file system, services) is essential. Proficiency in log analysis and troubleshooting using various tools is also required.

Preferred qualifications include experience with AdminStudio's Automated Application Converter, Azure DevOps or CI/CD pipelines, Flexera Software Vulnerability Manager, and relevant Microsoft certifications. A Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech/BCA/B.Sc. IT/CS) or MCA from a recognized Indian university is expected, though equivalent senior enterprise packaging experience will be considered.
