Join our team as a Systems Engineer 2 and play a crucial role in supporting, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise Citrix infrastructure for Oracle Health customers. This hybrid role involves close collaboration with Operations, Engineering, Product, and Infrastructure teams.

The ideal candidate will leverage hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO, virtualization, and networking fundamentals. A strong aptitude for troubleshooting production environments and resolving technical issues independently is essential.

Key responsibilities include providing comprehensive 12x7 production support for Oracle Health customer environments, ensuring system availability, reliability, and security. You will manage incidents, service requests, and escalations, troubleshoot Citrix application delivery and virtual desktop access issues, and execute approved customer change management activities.

Additional duties involve coordinating with various teams during customer-impacting events, performing pre- and post-change validation, and developing technical documentation. You will also maintain operating systems, assist with middleware administration, and contribute to root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

We are seeking a Systems Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience in distributed network and computing environments. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience is required.

Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) or similar technologies is a must, alongside strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills. Familiarity with Windows Server patching, security vulnerability remediation, and ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management practices is also beneficial. Experience with cloud platforms like OCI, AWS, or Azure is a plus.
