Define and execute the technical roadmap for enterprise IAM platforms, including IGA, PAM, Directory Services, PKI, UAM, and SSO/MFA.

Provide senior-level technical leadership, validate solution architectures, and establish engineering best practices and security standards.

Act as the primary escalation point for complex IAM incidents, leading investigations and driving root cause analysis for critical issues.

Oversee technical aspects of identity governance, privileged access management, directory services, PKI, and authentication services, ensuring alignment with enterprise security principles.

Lead technical discovery and transition planning for IAM services, identifying improvement opportunities and driving platform modernization initiatives.

Requires deep technical expertise in enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM), including IGA (SailPoint), PAM (CyberArk), Directory Services (Active Directory, Entra ID), PKI, SSO, and MFA.

Proficiency in identity protocols like SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and experience troubleshooting complex integrations involving APIs and LDAP.

Proven ability to provide senior-level technical leadership, drive architectural decisions, and resolve critical cross-platform issues.

Demonstrate strong analytical skills for advanced troubleshooting and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical IAM solutions.

Experience in leading technical roadmaps, platform modernization, automation, and ensuring technical readiness during service transitions.
