Design, implement, and test robust systems and services, independently driving the development of essential utilities.

Become a subject matter expert in Identity and Access Management (IAM), providing technical leadership and consulting for all identity-related initiatives.

Proactively identify and resolve operational and user productivity challenges by creating automated solutions and streamlining processes.

Collaborate cross-functionally to architect and deploy solutions that enhance the security and efficiency of global IAM operations.

Partner with security teams to execute critical infrastructure changes impacting the global workforce, ensuring smooth transitions and security integrity.

Participate in an on-call rotation, offering technical guidance and resolving escalations from the support team.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is required.

Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in technical infrastructure, including deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Demonstrate at least 2 years of experience with systems automation, preferably using languages like Python or Go, along with proven systems design and implementation skills.

Solid understanding of Linux operating systems internals and administration, or extensive experience in networking and troubleshooting.

Preferred qualifications include experience with access management technologies and development workflows. Excellent customer service, organizational, prioritization, communication, and leadership skills are also highly valued.
