Become a subject matter expert in Identity and Access Management (IAM), acting as a consultant and technical lead for identity-focused projects.

Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges and user productivity blockers through the development of automated solutions and ongoing process enhancements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect solutions that bolster the security posture and elevate the efficiency of global IAM operations.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is required.

Possess at least 2 years of experience in technical infrastructure, including deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Have 2 years of experience with systems automation using languages like Python or Go, alongside experience in systems design and implementation.

Demonstrate experience with Linux operating system internals and administration, or proficiency in networking and debugging/troubleshooting.
