As a Senior Associate, you will be instrumental in managing and troubleshooting complex storage and backup environments. You'll play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of critical data infrastructure for our clients.

In this role, you will dive deep into storage troubleshooting, addressing issues such as LUN accessibility and high latency. You will also manage routine provisioning tasks, including LUN creation and NAS share setup, following strict Standard Operating Procedures.

Furthermore, you'll tackle backup failures by diagnosing client configuration, network connectivity, and media server problems. Performing validated restores of files, folders, and databases is also a core responsibility. You will oversee tape libraries, media pools, and retention schedules, while supporting patching and firmware upgrades. Analyzing logs to pinpoint recurring backup issues and mentoring junior engineers will be key aspects of your contribution.

We are seeking candidates with 1-3 years of experience in storage and backup operations. A solid understanding of SAN zoning, LUN masking, and both iSCSI and Fibre Channel connectivity is essential.

Familiarity with snapshot management and replication basics is required. Hands-on experience with industry-standard tools such as NetBackup, Commvault, Veeam, DataDomain, EMC, and NetApp is crucial. Basic familiarity with PowerShell or Bash scripting is beneficial.
