As a Systems Administration Senior Associate - Network Security, you will perform in-depth L1 troubleshooting, analyzing interface utilization and errors, and conducting basic routing checks. You will also verify VPN tunnel states and perform read-only firewall rule checks.

Take ownership of incident tickets through to resolution or justified escalation. Collaborate with ISPs to resolve WAN link issues such as CRC errors, flaps, and latency. Assist in executing standard network changes, including port configurations and VLAN assignments, under guidance.

Support planned maintenance activities, including device checks and pre/post-validation. You will mentor G4 engineers, review their ticket quality, and maintain essential network documentation and runbooks. This role is crucial for ensuring the stability and security of our network infrastructure.

We are looking for a proactive individual with a strong understanding of network operations and security principles. The ideal candidate will possess practical experience in troubleshooting network devices and WAN connectivity.

Familiarity with routing protocols like OSPF, VPN technologies, and firewall rule verification is essential. Experience in mentoring junior team members and maintaining technical documentation is also highly valued.
