Join NTT DATA, a global technology leader, as a Systems Administration Senior Associate specializing in Network Security. This role is integral to our Network Operations team, focusing on maintaining and enhancing network infrastructure.

As a G5 engineer, you will bring foundational expertise to resolve moderately complex issues and stabilize incidents before escalation. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career within a forward-thinking and inclusive organization.

Key responsibilities include performing in-depth L1 troubleshooting, analyzing interface utilization and errors, conducting basic routing checks, and verifying VPN tunnel states. You will also verify firewall rules (read-only), own incident tickets through to resolution or escalation, and collaborate with ISPs to resolve WAN link issues.

Further duties involve assisting with standard change execution, supporting planned maintenance activities, and mentoring junior engineers. Maintaining network documentation and runbooks is also a critical aspect of this role.

Ideal candidates will possess 1-2 years of experience in NOC or Network Operations. A strong understanding of routing, switching, VLANs, WLAN basics, and VPN concepts is essential. The ability to interpret logs, interface counters, and monitoring metrics is crucial.

While not mandatory, a CCNA or equivalent certification is highly preferred. We are looking for individuals who can contribute to stabilizing and improving our network security operations.
