You will be instrumental in providing advanced first-level troubleshooting and managing moderately complex issues within our Windows server environments, Active Directory, and core infrastructure.

Key responsibilities include troubleshooting OS-level issues such as service dependency failures and performance degradation, analyzing logs with Event Viewer, and managing user/group access in Active Directory. You will also handle permissions using NTFS and share configurations, resolve DNS/DHCP issues, and support patching cycles. Collaboration with backup teams for restore requests and troubleshooting RDP or login failures are also core functions.

Additionally, you will leverage basic PowerShell commands for routine system checks, mentor junior resources to enhance ticket handling quality, and contribute to a robust IT infrastructure.

We are seeking candidates with 1-3 years of experience in Windows Administration or NOC environments. A strong understanding of Active Directory, basic Group Policy Objects (GPO), Windows services, and fundamental networking concepts is essential.
