Lead complex network incident troubleshooting, including multi-site routing, firewall/VPN connectivity, and device performance issues. Perform detailed diagnostics using tools like Wireshark and CLI commands. Validate network changes implemented by L2/L3 teams through pre/post checks. Identify recurring problems and contribute to root cause analysis through problem tickets.

Drive effective communication during outage calls and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Mentor G4/G5 engineers, ensuring adherence to SOPs and quality ticket handling. Contribute to the creation and enhancement of runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base articles. Support service restoration efforts and apply ITIL processes for major incidents.

A minimum of 2–4 years of experience in NOC or Network Support is required. Possess a strong understanding of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP basics), switching technologies, wireless networking, and firewall concepts. Proficiency in using CLI for Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, and Aruba devices is essential.

Solid experience with monitoring analytics and trend interpretation is necessary. A CCNA certification is mandatory, with CCNP being a preferred qualification. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. This role is suited for individuals ready to take on advanced troubleshooting and contribute to network stability.
