This role focuses on managing endpoint lifecycle operations for major global enterprise clients, offering a dynamic environment for professional growth and impactful contributions.

As an integral part of NTT DATA's EPM managed services, you will support clients across various geographies, ensuring seamless endpoint management. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the success of diverse client needs within our EPM Delivery Centre.

Spearhead OS deployment and image management using SCCM/MDT, including designing task sequences and managing boot images.

Own end-to-end patch management for SCCM and Intune-managed endpoints, configuring ADRs and managing Windows Update for Business.

Manage complex application deployments via SCCM and Intune, supporting software metering and license management.

Maintain SCCM and Intune infrastructure health, developing PowerShell scripts for automation and operational efficiency.

Handle L2/L3 escalations with thorough root cause analysis and participate in change management processes.

Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft SCCM/ConfigMgr (OSD, applications, patch management) and Microsoft Intune (device management, compliance, Autopilot).

Proficiency in Windows 10/11 image management, including task sequences, WinPE, and MDT integration.

Solid understanding of Azure AD, Hybrid Azure AD join, and co-management concepts.

Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and endpoint remediation, along with SQL/WQL queries for reporting.

Familiarity with ITSM operations (ServiceNow) and strong written and spoken English communication skills for client-facing responsibilities.
