Key responsibilities include acting as a liaison between business partners, technology teams, and application vendors to resolve issues. You will evaluate and address complex business, operational, or technical challenges, providing robust solutions and managing project timelines. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, guiding agile development teams towards enhanced efficiency and maturity, and integrating data from various systems for business intelligence reporting.

Further duties encompass maintaining SharePoint sites, driving automation for data acquisition and analysis, and ensuring adherence to established technical process controls and standards.

Ideal candidates possess at least 5 years of professional IT experience, including within the financial industry and specifically in Risk and Compliance. Expertise in JIRA and Kanban for workload management, coupled with 2+ years of automation or scripting experience (e.g., Python, Ansible), is essential for automating manual tasks.

Demonstrated experience in application/platform vulnerability management, 5+ years in business intelligence, and 5 years working with ServiceNow products are required. Strong analytical skills, keen attention to detail in data analysis, excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and stakeholder management are also vital. Proficiency with collaboration tools like SharePoint and 3+ years in a managed services model are necessary.
