NTT DATA is seeking a dedicated System Integration Advisor to enhance our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. This role is integral to our mission of driving client success through innovative technology solutions.

This is an onsite position requiring full-time commitment within a 24x7 shift roster, based in one of our offices located in Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Noida. We foster an inclusive and adaptable environment where your growth is paramount.

As a Clinical Operations Support Leader, you will direct the Clinical Operations Application Support team, establishing key operational priorities and service improvement strategies.

Key duties include leading L2/L3 production support for clinical applications, cultivating a strong customer-focused support culture, and managing resource allocation, workload distribution, and on-call schedules.

You will also be responsible for incident and problem management, application monitoring and maintenance, change and release support, stakeholder and vendor coordination, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and documentation standards.

A strong background in the Healthcare Provider domain, with significant expertise in hospital workflows and operational support, is mandatory.

Essential skills include supporting interfaces (lab, imaging, billing, pharmacy eRx), understanding ambulatory billing, proficiency in template customization, and experience with various Ambulatory EMR systems such as MEDENT, HST Pathways, Dentrix Enterprise, and AthenaHealth.

Experience with incident management, problem-solving, application monitoring, change control, and vendor coordination, alongside a solid understanding of HIPAA and data privacy, is crucial for success in this role.
