Drive the administration, engineering, and troubleshooting of Red Hat OpenShift environments, focusing on version 4.x. You will architect, operate, and manage Kubernetes clusters, implementing robust GitOps practices with tools like Argo CD. Develop and maintain policies using Open Policy Agent (OPA) and manage Operator Lifecycle Management (OLM).

Implement CI/CD pipelines, engineer infrastructure as code, and develop automation solutions using Bash, Python, and Go. Ensure secure and efficient platform operations through API integrations, multi-cluster management, and comprehensive observability with Prometheus and Grafana. Troubleshoot large-scale production OpenShift platforms to ensure high availability and performance.

We are looking for a Senior OpenShift Platform Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Kubernetes and OpenShift. Essential expertise includes strong GitOps and Advanced Cluster Management (ACM) skills, hands-on experience with OPA/Gatekeeper policy development, and extensive automation proficiency in Bash, Python, and Go.

A proven ability to operate and engineer enterprise-scale, multi-cluster OpenShift environments is critical. Familiarity with container image management, security best practices (RBAC, Authentication, Authorization), and platform automation is expected. Experience with Helm, Kustomize, and Git workflows is also required.
