Join TIAA's transformative AmpliFi ERP program as a Senior Systems Integration Specialist Advisor, focusing on the critical Source to Pay (S2P) workstream. This role is instrumental in driving the migration of Strategic Sourcing to Oracle, replacing the TPRM system with Aravo, and implementing a new Zip orchestration layer for an integrated procurement and payment experience. You'll be a key player in a highly visible project, requiring a proactive approach and excellent communication skills to engage with senior TIAA stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical understanding of S2P processes, coupled with the ability to confidently lead discussions with executive audiences and manage complex, interdependent workstreams.

Oversee the S2P workstream project plan, milestones, and RAID log, encompassing Strategic Sourcing, TPRM, and the Zip orchestration layer. Collaborate with Sourcing, AP, Purchasing, and TPRM teams to define future processes and requirements. Coordinate configuration, testing, and validation across PeopleSoft Sourcing, Aravo TPRM, and Zip, ensuring seamless integration. Manage vendor master data cleanup and migration. Proactively identify and resolve gaps, dependencies, and risks. Lead S2P status meetings, domain sessions, and steering committee updates, preparing executive-ready reports. Track and escalate risks and issues, and support UAT planning and execution. Contribute to organizational change management, communication, and training initiatives.

Program-level duties include adhering to AmpliFi governance, participating in cross-workstream coordination, and supporting cutover and post-go-live stabilization.

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field is required, along with 6–10 years of project management experience, including at least 3 years leading S2P transformation initiatives. Direct experience with PeopleSoft Sourcing/Procurement, Coupa, Aravo, or Zip is essential, alongside a strong understanding of end-to-end source-to-pay processes. You should have a proven track record of managing multi-system, multi-stakeholder workstreams and effectively communicating with senior leadership. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is preferred.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills are vital. Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Smartsheet, MS Teams, and SharePoint is expected. The ability to work independently across time zones with global stakeholders, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail, is crucial for success in this role.
