NTT DATA is seeking an experienced Systems Integration Senior Specialist Advisor to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on leading critical workstream activities within Finance, including FP&A, Tax, and Treasury, ensuring seamless integration into our ERP transformation.

Key responsibilities involve developing and maintaining integrated project plans for FP&A, Tax, and Treasury deliverables. You will schedule and facilitate status meetings, domain meetings, and workshops, partnering closely with finance teams to align planning, budgeting, and forecasting with the new ERP.

This role requires coordinating tax configurations, compliance reporting, and statutory requirements, as well as redesigning cash management, bank connectivity, and liquidity reporting processes. You will manage cross-functional dependencies, track risks and issues, and facilitate testing and UAT across relevant modules. Supporting training, change management, and preparing consolidated status reports are also essential duties.

A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required, along with 6-10 years of project management experience, specifically in FP&A, Tax, or Treasury within an ERP context.

Familiarity with relevant ERP modules (e.g., SAP BPC, Oracle EPM), tax engines, and treasury systems is essential. A solid understanding of financial planning cycles, tax compliance basics, and treasury operations is needed. While not mandatory, PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is preferred.

Successful candidates will possess strong skills in managing multiple sub-workstreams, diverse stakeholder groups, and global coordination across time zones. Excellent written and verbal communication, proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Smartsheet), and collaboration platforms (MS Teams, SharePoint) are required. Strong facilitation, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills are also vital.
