Join NTT DATA as a VDI Systems Integration Principal Advisor, a role for a recognized subject matter expert and technical leader in enterprise end-user computing and virtualization environments. This position offers the opportunity to influence technology direction, drive innovation, and deliver significant business value across diverse clients. You will serve as the primary technical escalation point and trusted advisor, demonstrating advanced leadership and communication skills to guide large-scale transformation initiatives and mentor senior engineers.

Serve as the top-tier technical escalation for complex support and engineering tasks. Provide strategic technical leadership across multiple accounts and initiatives, defining architectural standards and best practices for VDI and application delivery. Lead the design and modernization of enterprise virtualization and digital workspace solutions, acting as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders. Develop long-term roadmap strategies for key technologies like Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop, and VMware, while driving innovation through automation and AI-enabled operations.

Requires a minimum of 10 years in IT infrastructure engineering, architecture, or technical consulting, with at least 10 years focused on enterprise virtualization and end-user computing solutions. Expertise in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix DaaS, and Azure Virtual Desktop (7+ years) is essential. Proficiency with VMware vSphere, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), enterprise networking, security, and identity management is necessary. Deep understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, and automation tools like PowerShell and Terraform is critical. Experience leading large-scale infrastructure transformations and providing executive-level technical guidance is expected. Advanced cloud certifications are a plus.
