As a Support Engineer, you will be instrumental in troubleshooting and resolving computer-identified alarms, performing software deployments and migrations, and managing hosts. Your duties will include automating routine operational tasks and developing tools to achieve human-free operations. This position demands a blend of strong troubleshooting, technical acumen, and effective communication skills. On-call duties and operational tasks are part of the role, potentially involving software development for small projects. You'll be expected to select and utilize the appropriate tools for the job and modify software to enhance the overall system architecture.

We seek candidates with a minimum of two years of experience in software development or technical support. Essential qualifications include proven experience with scripting in modern programming languages and a strong track record in troubleshooting and debugging technical systems. Preferred qualifications encompass knowledge of web services, distributed systems, and web application development. Experience troubleshooting and maintaining hardware & software RAID, along with familiarity with REST web services, XML, and JSON, would be highly advantageous.
