- Lead the technical and operational transition from Engineering to Support teams. - Provide comprehensive support for incoming tickets, including in-depth troubleshooting across multiple products, features, and services. - Engage in operations and maintenance coding projects using Java, Perl, shell scripts, and AWS technologies. - Support software deployments in both staging and production environments. - Develop tools to enhance operational efficiency and maintenance processes. - Prepare and deliver system and support status reports. - Assume ownership of at least two digital products or components. - Manage customer notifications, coordinate workflows, and ensure timely follow-up to meet service level agreements.

- Possess at least 2 years of experience in software development or technical support. - Demonstrate proven experience in troubleshooting and debugging complex technical systems. - Proficiency in working with Unix environments. - Solid experience in scripting using modern programming languages.

Preferred Qualifications include knowledge of web services, distributed systems, web application development, experience with hardware & software RAID maintenance, and familiarity with REST web services, XML, and JSON.
