Join our DEP Support Engineering team as a Support Engineer III and play a pivotal role in leading support initiatives. Key responsibilities include providing comprehensive support for incoming tickets, encompassing extensive troubleshooting across multiple products, features, and services. You will engage in operations and maintenance coding projects, primarily using Java, Python, or shell scripts, and leverage AWS technologies. This role also involves supporting software deployments in staging and production environments, developing operational tools, and managing system and support status reporting. You will own the support for specific payment products or components, ensuring customer notification, workflow coordination, and follow-up to meet service level agreements. Collaboration with the development team for issue hand-offs and the creation of a team-specific knowledge base are also critical aspects of this position.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in software development or technical support is required, along with proven expertise in troubleshooting and debugging technical systems. Proficiency in Unix and scripting in modern programming languages is essential. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of web services, distributed systems, web application development, experience troubleshooting and maintaining hardware & software RAID, and familiarity with REST web services, XML, and JSON.
