As a Support Engineer in the EPR Pay-on-behalf team, you will be instrumental in the timely publication of EPR Reports and the accurate, on-time submission of EPR Remit declarations for EU Sellers. This involves mastering and utilizing various data processing tools and technologies, including Cradle, SQL, Ratchit, Quicksight, and AWS services such as Lambda, SQS, SNS, Dynamo DB, S3, and Cloudwatch.

You will be crucial in automating manual processes that have grown with a 50% year-over-year seller growth. This includes leading discussions with Product Management and other stakeholders to define and maintain key metrics. Collaboration with SDM will be essential for building scripts, developing tools for test infrastructure, and effectively troubleshooting reported bugs.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for maintaining the health of our data pipelines and championing other core support engineering initiatives. Your efforts will directly impact the efficiency and reliability of our operations.

We are seeking experienced Support Engineers with a minimum of two years in software development or technical support. A Bachelor's degree in engineering or an equivalent qualification is required.

Essential skills include proven experience in troubleshooting and debugging complex technical systems. Familiarity with AWS, networks, and operating systems is highly desirable.
