As a Support Engineer 1, you will be instrumental in enhancing, monitoring, and supporting the Oracle Health Patient Accounting application. Your responsibilities include performing ongoing troubleshooting, implementing enhancements to ensure optimal application performance, and managing changes through industry-standard change control processes. You will act as a key resource, addressing user enhancement requests and striving to exceed client contractual obligations for incidents and solution improvements.

This role requires participation in a scheduled on-call rotation for critical client issues and involves working specific shifts (5:30 p.m.–2:30 a.m. IST). Problem-solving with guidance, investigating issues through data gathering and tool utilization, and prioritizing tasks based on urgency will be integral. Collaboration across teams, documenting resolutions, and contributing to a knowledge base are also key aspects of this position.

We are seeking versatile and innovative individuals with a technical background and a strong willingness to learn. A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, along with 0-2 years of relevant experience. Equivalent relevant work experience or a Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration will also be considered. Proficiency in English is required for reading, writing, and speaking.
