Provide comprehensive functional and technical support for Oracle Health solutions, addressing both front-end and back-end application issues.

Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents promptly to ensure service continuity.

Execute application maintenance and support tasks to guarantee reliable service delivery.

Act as a primary customer contact, responding to technical and functional inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Cultivate strong customer relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams.

Communicate investigation progress, findings, resolutions, and future steps clearly and concisely.

Maintain detailed documentation of troubleshooting efforts, investigation notes, resolutions, and lessons learned.

Prioritize tasks based on issue severity, urgency, and customer impact.

Participate in an on-call rotation as needed.

Potentially travel up to 20% to meet business and customer requirements.

We are seeking candidates with 0-2 years of experience and a foundational understanding of AI, Product Support, Production Support, SQL, and Technical Support.
