Join EY's Global Delivery Services as a Senior Critical Manufacturing MES Modeler/Developer. This role involves leading the design, configuration, and implementation of MES solutions using the Critical Manufacturing platform. You will translate complex manufacturing processes into efficient MES models, optimize workflows, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems. - Design and configure MES models using Critical Manufacturing MES, including products, routings, workflows, and equipment. - Translate manufacturing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) into scalable MES solutions. - Define and implement MES modeling standards and best practices. - Configure various MES modules such as Work Execution, SPC, NC/CAPA, and Traceability. - Lead integrations between MES, ERP, and shop-floor systems. - Ensure data integrity, version control, and lifecycle management for MES configurations. - Mentor junior team members and lead design and configuration reviews. - Support validation, testing, deployment, and hypercare phases of MES projects.

- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Critical Manufacturing MES implementations and master data modeling. - Certification as a Critical Manufacturing Professional/Associate (Modeler/Developer) is highly preferred. - Proven experience in MES implementation using any platform. - Strong knowledge of production modeling, workflow configuration, and Statistical Process Control (SPC). - Experience with MES-ERP integrations and manufacturing system connectivity. - Working knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, and Critical Manufacturing MES Event Handlers is beneficial. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Customer-oriented approach with a commitment to meeting tight deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
