Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Critical Manufacturing MES solutions. Design and develop MES models including products, routings, workflows, DCPs, and equipment resources. Translate complex manufacturing processes and SOPs into scalable MES solutions. Define and implement MES modeling standards and best practices. Conduct fit-gap analyses and create detailed solution blueprints. Configure core MES modules such as Work Execution, SPC, NC/CAPA, Traceability, EBR/eDHR, and Scheduling. Oversee and execute MES integrations with ERP and shop-floor systems. Ensure data integrity, version control, and lifecycle management for MES configurations. Provide mentorship to team members and lead design and configuration review sessions. Support validation, testing, deployment, and hypercare phases of MES projects.

Possess at least 4 years of hands-on experience with Critical Manufacturing MES implementations, rollouts, and master data management. Demonstrate strong knowledge of production modeling, workflow configuration, and Statistical Process Control (SPC). Experience with MES-ERP integrations and manufacturing system connectivity is essential. Familiarity with SQL, REST APIs, and Critical Manufacturing MES Event Handlers is required. Exhibit a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, MES design principles, and best practices. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills are vital for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Proven ability to work independently, demonstrate leadership, and maintain a customer-oriented approach under tight deadlines.
